How To Stop Sweaty Feet?

Here are some simple ways to keep feet from sweating and feel comfortable in work boots—

1.Track Record of Sweating Episode:

If you keep the records of sweaty feet, you will be able to find and identify the pattern, like the situations, emotions, or food that trigger your foot sweating. So, you can limit and avoid those triggers to decrease sweating.

2.Wear the Right Socks:

You can decrease sweating of your feet by choosing the best socks to keep feet dry in work boots

During summer, you can wear cotton socks for adequate ventilation and wool socks for the winter season. Try to avoid synthetic or nylon socks as they trap the moisture.

There is another type of sock that can draw away the moisture from your skin known as moisture-wicking sock. They are mainly found in the sporting goods store.

Another type of socks that contain chemicals, or have ventilation panels to reduce bacteria on your feet, so it helps to minimize the odor and foot moisture.

3.Home Remedies for Sweaty Feet:

You can try using some home remedies to keep your feet dry. One of the most effective ways is to soak your feet in normal black tea. The remedy is simple, all you need to do is, put two to three black tea bags in a basin full of warm water and soak your feet.

Black tea contains tannins that close the pores of the skin and thus reduce sweating. You should soak your sweaty feet to the tea water for about 20 minutes daily to get an effective result.

Also, if you wash your sweaty feet frequently, the bacteria and sweat will be rinsed away and cool your skin down to reduce further sweating.

Another easy way to fix this problem is to drink a lot of water and stay hydrated, especially when you are exercising or in the hot weather to decrease the body temperature.  learn about work Boots for Motorcycle Riding review.

The AAD (American Academy of Dermatology) recommends applying antiperspirant deodorant to dry feet before going to bed and washing it off the next morning. You can use it for 3-4 consecutive nights.
